The specimens cited in this checklist serve as vouchers for the species of flowering plants and the single gymnosperm treated in the Guide to the Vascular Plants of Central French Guiana. Part 1. Pteridophytes, Gymnosperms and Monocotyledons  (Mori et al., 1997) and the Guide to the Vascular Plants of Central French Guiana. Part 2. Dicotyledons (Mori et al., In press). This checklist has been distributed to the libraries of the Flora of the Guianas consortium (see title page for a list of these institutions). The electronic version of this checklist will not be updated, but supplements to it will be provided as new information accumulates.

Vascular Plant Checklist

Searches can be made on the following fields: plant family, taxon, collector, collection number, determiner, and locality. This database reflects changes as new information accumulates. Pteridophytes are not included.
