Pea Pod Explorers for Pre-K
Everett Children's Adventure Garden

This one-, two-, or three-session program introduces preschoolers to the wonders of nature and the seasons through hands-on explorations, songs, stories, and activities to take back to the classroom. Two- or three-session programs are offered on consecutive weeks. At the conclusion of these multi-visit programs, each student receives a hand lens and a certificate of achievement.

Tuesday–Friday Session I: 10:15–11:15 a.m.
Session II: 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
One session: $85
Two sessions: $150
Three sessions: $225

Fall into Fall
Fall's changing colors amaze and delight the senses. Children investigate these changes and more as they examine colorful leaves and leaf litter critters, discover animals preparing winter, and explore seeds in nature and inside a fruit. Children plant seeds to take home.

Spring into Spring
Children explore the natural world as it awakens in spring. They observe the life cycle of a butterfly and the role of butterflies in the garden, investigate flowers, learn how plants grow. Children pot up a plant to take home.

Cool Summer
Investigate what lives in the Garden's cool waters with pond dippings and a touch tank. Children discover pond plants and creatures, explore how vital water is to all living things, and participate in experiments and activities. Children plant seeds to take home.
