Bronx Green-Up Annual Awards Ceremony

We are thrilled to invite you to our Annual Awards Ceremony to celebrate another incredible year of growth and success together! We can’t wait to honor our certificate program graduates, showcase this year’s achievements, and enjoy the festive magic of the Holiday Train Show with you.

• • Time: 5–7 p.m.

• Location: Arthur and Janet Ross Lecture Hall
  • • 5–6 p.m.: Reception | Enjoy refreshments while mingling with fellow gardeners, nature lovers, and community members.

   

  • • 6–7 p.m.: Awards Ceremony | Join us in celebrating our community partners, Bronx gardeners and farmers and award certificates to those who have completed our courses this year for Pruning, Soils, Grow More Veggies and Community Composting.

   

• • Time: 7–8 p.m.

• Location: NYBG Grounds & Enid A. Haupt Conservatory
  • • Attendees of this year’s ceremony will receive complimentary tickets for a private viewing for the legendary NYBG Holiday Train Show.

   

  • • Tickets will be distributed during the Awards Ceremony (one ticket per guest, attendance required).

   

  • • Tickets are valid only for December 19, 7–8 p.m.

   

• • Public Transportation: Enter via the Mosholu Entrance at 2950 Southern Blvd., directly across from the Metro-North Botanical Garden Station. (Note: Entering through other gates involves a longer walk to the Ross Lecture Hall.)

• • Driving: Parking is available exclusively for guests entering through the Mosholu Entrance.
  • Upon arrival, please inform Security or Visitor Services staff that you are attending the Bronx Green-Up Awards Ceremony, and you will be directed to the Ross Lecture Hall.
