THREE TYPES OF POLLINATOR REWARD

Homomorphic pollen, i.e., that collected
by pollinator is the same as that effecting fertilization. Found only
in actinomorphic flowers (example: Gustavia augusta)

Heteromorphic pollen, i.e., fodder
pollen is different from that effecting fertilization. Found only
in zygomorphic flowers (example: Lecythis pisonis)

Nectar. Found only in zygomorphic
flowers (example: (Eschweilera pedicellata)
