Flights: Flight reservations are to be made by the individual traveler. This
affords you the opportunity to extend your stay at either end or to use frequent flyer
miles. Please make your reservations early to coordinate with our meeting and departure
times in Madrid. We will begin our tour at noon on June 12th in the Madrid Airport and
say goodbye at the same airport at 3:00 p.m. on June 22. The earlier you book your flight,
the better chance you have of getting a lower fare or frequent flyer seat. Your flight
information must be sent to Carol Gracie no later than the time of your final payment.
Fares have ranged widely over the past few weeks with a difference of over $500.
Currently, British Airways has the best fares and schedules.

Reservations: A non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $400 per person is
required to reserve a place on the tour. All checks should be made payable to The New York
Botanical Garden and sent to Carol Gracie, New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, NY 10458-5126.
Early reservations are recommended, as space is limited to 12 registrants.
