Kids and families can celebrate Black History Month with us by learning more about the plants of Africa. Explore the ways in which African plants are used throughout the United States. Investigate seeds native to Africa, explore traditional Nigerian dying techniques by crafting your own indigo tie-dye pouch, and create your own mini plant-zine inspired by the original plant bulletin author and botanist, George Washington Carver!
