Andrew Garn is a New York City-based editorial and fine art photographer, curator, and writer. His work has appeared in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Fortune, Time, Elle Décor, Nat Geo, and Audubon.
He has completed 12 previous books, including Brooklyn Arcadia: Art, History & Nature at Majestic Green-Wood (Rizzoli), New York Art Deco: Birds, Beasts & Blooms (Rizzoli), Wildflowers of NY (Cornell), Houseboats (Rizzoli), Bethlehem Steel (Princeton), Exit to Tomorrow (Universe), and Subway Style (New York Transit Museum). He is a Fulbright fellow for his work on Stalin-era industrial plants in Siberia. He has given two TedX talks, and once had a viral video. When not photographing, he enjoys kayaking, hiking, and observing his local pigeons.
