Edible Academy Grand Opening Weekend Celebration

June 16 & 17, 2018

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Celebrate the opening of the Edible Academy with a delicious menu of hands-on gardening and culinary education activities throughout our new, state-of-the-art campus. Roll up your sleeves, don your apron, and dig into fun and enriching workshops all weekend long.

In the spirit of healthy living, making the scenic, eight-minute walk through the Thain Family Forest to reach the Edible Academy campus is encouraged. The first 300 participants each day will receive a special gift (while supplies last).

Measure and mix dried herbs to make a sweet or savory salad dressing.

Cooking Demonstrations

Join local chefs and garden staff for enlightening demonstrations featuring the freshest ingredients and flavors. Samples shared following each demonstration (while supplies last).
