Explore the power of connection and creativity with a hands-on make-and-take experience, including a brick-built rose, a floral heart, and a mini Vincent van Gogh sunflower creation.
This activation is first-come, first-served and while supplies last.

Skip the cut flowers and show mom how much you care by bringing her to the source! Stop by the LEGO® Botanical Garden flower truck to build her a make-and-take rose, then head to Daffodil Hill for family-friendly lawn games, crafting activities, face painting, and local food trucks among the flowering beauty of spring.
May 17 & 18
Come relax in New York City’s most beautiful 250 acres at the height of spring, with May flowers and blooming trees in dazzling form all across the landscape. Drop by the LEGO® Botanical Garden flower truck on Tulip Tree Allée to build your very own floral heart to take home. On Saturday afternoon, adults are invited to join us at Spring Uncorked for wine sampling with local wineries from all around our region, live music, crafts, and lawn games.
May 23 (Members-Only Preview), 24, & 25
Join us for opening weekend of Van Gogh’s Flowers, a celebration of the artist’s love of nature featuring vibrant botanical displays and large-scale art. At the LEGO® Botanical Garden flower truck, you can remember the moment with a make-and-take sunflower inspired by the artist’s work. Be sure to take part in our drop-in outdoor painting activities among NYBG’s most stunning collections!
