NYBG, in collaboration with Constellation Culinary Group, will host an exclusive themed tasting dinner, pairing the culinary talents of the Hudson Garden Grill chefs Jeff Haskell and Nelson Siavichay and visiting Mixologist Johnny Swet.
Inspired by NYBG’s summer exhibition Around the Table: Stories of the Foods We Love, Jeff, Nelson and Johnny have created a flavorful 4-course tasting menu featuring featuring plant-forward dishes, each perfectly paired with a refreshing seasonal cocktail. This experience is open exclusively to NYBG Patrons, Sustaining, and Contributing Members, and reservations are limited to 40 people per evening.
