Mindful Movements in Nature, Honoring Black History

Embrace nature within oasis of The New York Botanical Garden as we commemorate Black History Month. Join Robin Rollan, founder of Blackyogis, for a 30-minute meditative walk, echoing the wisdom of the great botanist George Washington Carver: “I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.” This experience will focus on mindful movements and breathwork that mimic the rhythm of the natural world.
